Before diving in, we’ll spend about three days auditing your current diet and lifestyle. This assessment helps us understand your energy intake, diet quality, activity level, and how these factors are affecting your progress. Based on these insights, I’ll create a customized nutrition and workout plan designed specifically to help you achieve your goals.

4. Coaching Begins
Start Your Journey to a Healthier You
Your personalized program kicks off the following Monday. We’ll have weekly check-ins to ensure you’re on track and fortnightly Zoom coaching sessions (30-45 minutes) to tackle any limiting beliefs and eliminate potential roadblocks. Every four weeks, we’ll review your progress and adjust your plan as needed to keep you moving towards your goals. Plus, you’ll have ongoing support via WhatsApp and email, so you’re never alone on this journey.

Ten years ago, my life looked completely different. It had been 5 years since I had finished my MBA at the Melbourne Business School, and I was climbing the corporate ladder fast. Everything seemed to be going well, but deep down, I knew something was missing.
I was in my late 30s, with what I thought was a healthy diet and an active lifestyle, but I wasn’t feeling as healthy as I should. My left wrist started to hurt so much that I could no longer hold my son or lean on my left hand. I had to stop exercising—something that had always been a big part of my life, especially with my background in martial arts. I constantly felt bloated, suffered from IBS, and no matter what I did, I couldn’t shift that stubborn belly fat.
A visit to my GP led to tests that showed I had autoimmune issues, high C-Reactive protein levels (a marker for inflammation), and blood sugar levels above normal—concerning given my family’s history of type II diabetes. Despite more tests, there were no clear answers.
That’s when I decided to take control. I completely revamped my diet and started strength training. The changes were life-changing—physically, emotionally, cognitively, and even spiritually.
Then, something unexpected happened. My wife Maria fell pregnant for the second time—naturally, this time! It was surprising because we had been diagnosed with «unexplained infertility» before our first child. During her first pregnancy, Maria had gestational diabetes and needed daily insulin. She was also struggling with low iron levels. But with our new lifestyle changes, her second pregnancy was different—no diabetes, and her iron levels stayed stable!
Seeing these incredible transformations in our health through simple lifestyle adjustments and eating real, wholesome food, I knew I had to share this with others. I wanted to help people adopt healthier lifestyles. So, I studied at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a certified health coach. Later, I earned a Certificate IV in Nutrition and became a certified fitness coach.
Seeing these incredible transformations in our health through simple lifestyle adjustments and eating real, wholesome food, I knew I had to share this with others. I wanted to help people adopt healthier lifestyles. So, I studied at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a certified health coach. Later, I earned a Certificate IV in Nutrition and became a certified fitness coach.
For the past seven years, I’ve been fully dedicated to helping people across 25+ countries achieve their health, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle goals. That’s why I founded Kinu Coaching, my personalised online coaching service, to empower others to take control of their health and transform their lives.
